Summary:

    As he then finds out, Rangers aren't experts in witchcraft as the country folks believe- rather, they're an elite force that protects Araluen and answers only to the king- and they're highly trained in the skills of battle and surveillance, not to mention uncanny abilities in archery. Will's quick and agile capabilities are right at home.
    He'll need these abilities soon, as Morgarath, the Lord of the Mountains of Rain and Night is preparing his Wargals for an attack on the kingdom.- and he's ready for anything or anyone that tries to stop him. 
    Join Will as he becomes one of the greatest Rangers known to Araluen. The books have an exciting cast with interesting personalities and are a worthy read for all.
    Every one of the characters will feel realistic, although the plots are guessable at times. The storyline is exciting, taking place in an entirely fictional world. I love the dynamics between the characters and the way the Rangers strategize for battles.
    The series currently has 15 books, and a companion series called Brotherband Chronicles- with 9 books.
